Cancellations and refunds.
If a cancellation is received up to and including 31 days prior to the arrival date in Bolivia, the trip deposit is refundable less administrative fees. Any cancellation made 30 days or less prior to the tour start date will be penalized with 100% of the program value. Copajira Tours insures.

Copajira tours has selected hotels that offer you the necessary comfort, allowing you to enjoy the city you are in, they are tourist category (***), Eco-Hostels, in extreme tourism, trekking and adventure circuits, we use basic accommodation .
Transport… on wheels!
We want you to enjoy your trip with us, so we have a fleet of coaches, all of which comply with strict regulations to ensure your safety. Depending on the number of travelers participating, larger units or smaller coaches may be used. In exceptional cases, if the number of travelers registered is small, and in order to maintain our “guaranteed departure” commitment, your tour will be conducted in a private vehicle or minivan driven by our guide.

What is low and high season?
It refers to traveler demand for a specific destination. In Bolivia, high season refers to the month of September.
When are you considered an adult or a minor?
The following parameters are followed worldwide:
INFANT: from 0 to 2 years.
MINOR: from 2 to 12 years of age.
ADULT: 12 to 60 years old.
SENIOR CITIZEN: 60 years and older.
What is a European or All-Inclusive Plan?
We have different food options within our hostels, or the one of your choice:
European Plan: Accommodation without meals included.
Buffet Breakfast Plan: Accommodation with buffet breakfast included, usually for adults only.
All-Inclusive Plan: Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant, always respecting individual schedules.
Why is food not included in some tour packages?
Bolivian food has a lot of variety, so it’s much better for our customers to choose what and where to eat, so they can enjoy themselves without having to worry about quantity.
What is Check-in and Check-out?
These terms apply to your registration at the hotel reception upon arrival and departure. Standard check-in time is from 12:00 noon and check-out time is 12:00 noon .

Transfer costs will be borne by the passengers or tour operator who makes the reservation, by sending a scanned copy of the DEPOSIT VOUCHER along with an additional passport of the person making the transaction.

On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. You will then be taken to continue with your tour package. Therefore, it is very important that you send us the following arrival flight information:
