Short description

Toro Toro National Park was created in July 1989 and is located in the Charcas province of the department of Potosí. This enigmatic land holds the secrets of time, offering great scientific value to geologists, speleologists, archaeologists, and botanists. It boasts fascinating displays of dinosaur footprints, marine fossils, archaeological ruins, and cave paintings in extraordinary conservation, along with mythical natural caverns, narrow valleys, and canyons with natural spas of crystal-clear waters. They simply make for a fascinating destination.

Day 1: Cochabamba – Toro Toro.

Departing from Cochabamba, we travel through the picturesque towns and vibrant culture of northern Potosí. We immerse ourselves in the wonderful people and make stops to strengthen bonds of friendship. We visit the canyon’s viewpoint and hike through its surroundings. We include a transfer to waterfalls with natural pools. Later, the journey becomes sublime thanks to the admirable remains of dinosaur footprints. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2: The orchard – dinosaur footprints – Cochabamba or La Paz.

We leave early in the morning for the “Umajalanta” Caverns, Chiflon Qaqa, where blind fish live, and a unique view of stalagmites and stalactites. We walk in the “Vergel”, where its waterfalls surrounded by vegetation stand out, we visit the turtle cemetery and Batea Q’ocha, a place where spectacular examples of rock art can be found. Return via Cochabamba or to La Paz (optional) . END OF TRIP
